Leadership
LaTriece LeBlanc, CEO/Principal Consultant
LaTriece has successfully managed and driven results as a consultant assisting clients in creating sustainable solutions and execution strategies. With over 10 years of experience, her background in management consulting, process improvement, project management, and meeting management has afforded her ability to help clients enhance Human Capital Management developments that improve employee engagement and increase workforce productivity.
Previously as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, LaTriece supported various Department of Defense (DoD) agencies including the United States Army, Marine Corps and Navy as a Human Capital Management Strategist throughout her tenure. In 2014, LaTriece was awarded the National Black MBA Association- Washington, DC Chapter (NBMBAA-DC)/ Pittsburgh Black Alumni Network (PBAN) scholarship; graduating in April of 2016 with an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business concentrating in human resources, strategy, change management and organizational transformation. Afterwards, she launched Sustainable Transformations (ST) Solutions Group with a vision of culminating critical business skills such as change management, transformational leadership, and sustainable processes to help business leaders and organizations reach their full potential. Her passion for diversity and efficient workforce management is the focal point of ST Solutions Group.
Her certifications include Green Belt in Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Event Management from George Washington University. As a member of the Project Management Institute-Baltimore Chapter, LaTriece serves as Deputy of the Communications Team, and volunteers as the VP of Development for the NBMBAA-DC Chapter.
